Our client maintained that he was acting in self defense–which was presented to a jury by Attorney Ewing. The jury deliberated and returned a verdict of not guilty!

In another Ewing Law case, our client was charged with: 1) Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration, and 2) Assault with Intent to Commit Great Bodily Harm. The incident arose from a dispute between our client and a woman he was allegedly paying money in exchange for sex. When the dispute arose she had called police alleging that he assaulted and raped her. Attorney Ewing tried the case before a jury who found our client not guilty of all charges.
